| ESSENTIAL SKILLS Education BS-Chemical (Mechanical, Electrical or Physics) sciences or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 12 years related professional engineering experience. * Strong applicable experience in Project design/execution with previous demonstrated experiences. * Must be well organised and have the ability to develop detailed work plans to accomplish assigned tasks within established budgets and schedules.
PREFERRED SKILLS * Advanced knowledge of process control and control systems, including DCS, PLCs, equipments. * Excellent written and oral communication abilities along with effective presentation skills. * Willing to work required hours to support project requests and able to travel. * Ability to cope with conflicting deadline, frequent interruptions and multiple tasks.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION * Review of and input to project documents (e.g. PFS, PEFS, Control and IPF Narratives, control standards, MAC documents). * Responsible for the review of vendor drawings/documentations to ensure proper interface and compliance with the technical requirements. * Review of other discipline drawings and coordination with other disciplines. * Properly interpret and apply codes & standards and customer design requirements, for the preparation of Process Control and Control System design documents, specifications, material requisitions and system descriptions related to design tasks. * Achieve EPC/IC work process improvement and promote continuous work process improvement. * Assist in FAT for DCS, IPS, etc. * Liaison on projects as required by Chief Process Control Engineer. |
