Ideally you will have served a recognised Craft Apprenticeship and have a minimum of 2 years experience in working in a fast paced manufacturing environment, ideally within Automotive, FMCG, Food, Packaging, or Plastics, The following competencies will be rigorously tested at the beginning of the recruitment process, so demonstrated experience of the following is essential · Electrical Skills · PLC Skills · Mechanical Skills · Hydraulic Skills · Pneumatic Skills Candidates with experience of planned and preventative maintenance systems and an appreciation of Continuous Improvement Methodology will be at a distinct advantage. Successful candidates will be expected to work a Three Shift System. These are excellent opportunities and for those living outside a 30 mile radius, relocation assistance can be provided.
