| An M&E Servicing Coordinator / Manager is required on a contract or permanent basis for one of the largest UK M&E contractors. The client has recently been awarded a large Ministry of Defence project, to complete M&E building services work in a large area, west of London.
The role will be a project management style role where the successful candidate will be expected to oversee projects valued between £500k and £1 million.
On a daily basis the role will involve overseeing around 15 members of staff and subcontractors, be responsible for ordering materials and scheduling the programme.
Candidates should have a wealth of M&E building services experience, be educated to a minimum of HNC and have some track record in project management.
Please note that candidates will need to secure Ministry Of Defence security clearance.
