| This is a chance to join the market leader in pharmacy automation. ARX Ltd. is a modern, fast growing, innovative company which is seeking to enlarge its team to meet the demands of its ever expanding market.
Initial training will be carried out in the field, where you will be assisting in the installation and maintenance of large, complex systems for a period of up to 6 months. Following this, you will be office based resolving customer telephone calls regarding technical queries and carrying out remote fault diagnosis. Ideally, you will be a field engineer with expert communication skills and a background in robotics and electro mechanical machinery with the networks and PC skills to enable you to handle the diagnostics part of the job.
Educational Background:
- Minimum HNC – HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Apprenticeship Served in Blue Chip company ideally
Technical experience:
- Excellent customer facing and communication skills
- Experience in electro-mechanical systems fault diagnosis, repair, servicing and installation
- Experience with motor controllers, stepper and servo motor systems
- Computer literate (Service) with a knowledge of networking and serial connectivity and PC based control systems
- Experience of PLC based control systems and conveyors desirable but not essential

- Self motivated, enthusiastic and able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Decisive, able to work without supervision |
