Technical Support Engineer - Staffordshire

Job Ref. :uker16427 Technical Support Engineer   Job Location: Staffordshire   Terms: Permanent only   Salary: Competitive & Benefits Job Details Working within the Marketing Department and reporting to the Technical Support Manager we are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer. Primarily based in the Fuel Systems division, the successful applicant will provide technical support to users and potential users of Durapipe products. You will be involved in the production of pipe and fitting schedules from customer drawings and will create drawings of bespoke products and fabrications using AutoCAD. You will also be involved in the creation and updating of Durapipe technical literature. The role will involve travel within the UK and occasionally overseas in order to conduct training sessions on the correct design and installation for the product. You will also deal with technical issues that may arise during installation or after completion of installations. Ideally the successful applicant will have had previous experience of working within a similar technical role, have good communication skills and hold an engineering qualification. You will be able to read technical drawings, be PC literate and capable of using AutoCAD or equivalent. We will not provide UK work permits. Please ensure you are a UK/EU resident or have a relevant permit.
