| Field Operations Team Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for Field Operations - Team Manager
The purpose of the Team Manager role is to manage a team of field-based engineers and a team coach to enable achievement of objectives
Hours:40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.

Minimum requirements for the job: Must be 21+ (due to the company vehicle being leased and insurance will not be given to those below 21) Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
PRINCIPAL RESPONSBILITIES
Responsible for achievement of team KPIs (hard & soft measures); the customer experience; and achievement of corporate objectives.
Resource Management & Attendance Management Conducts performance and management meetings and reviews Provides development & coaching for team Manages people management processes (e.g. disciplinary, grievance etc) Assists and advises team members with career management Assists Regional Manager with succession planning initiatives Maintains regular communication with engineers Manages stock processes Identifies appropriate buddies for developing engineers Responsible for H&S management & accident reporting Maintains team information as required (e.g. working time regulations) Manages engineer equipment requirements via Fleet dept Monitors & directs team coach activities Conducts quality customer audits & manages outcomes Manages escalation as appropriate Identifies & acts on business improvement opportunities Build & maintain relationships with contacts Deputises for Regional Manager when appropriate Completes/assists with ad-hoc projects Acts as buddy for developing Team Managers, as directed by Regional Manager |
