Technical co-ordination 3. Quality 4. Health & Safety Responsibilities: 1. Following the company systems and procedures for design and project implementation 2. Establishing and defining job specific project control and co-ordination procedures. 3. Support in the detailed procurement and planning of project execution. 4.Subcontract selection, appraisal, co-ordination and monitoring of performance 5. Preparation and Implementation of site specific Project Quality Plan 6 CDM Execution at Construction Stage Health and Safety Plan 7.Control of design variations, design changes and value engineering 8. Monitoring and comparing Plan vs Actual in both schedule and budgets 9.Monitoring Plan vs Actual project delivery of subcontractors and Vendors, inc FATs and SATs for quality and schedule 10 Preparation and Execution of Commissioning and Hand Over Plan 11 Preparation and Implementation of site specific Health and Safety Candidates should have: Degree in Building Services Engineering with at least 4 years experience in the delivery of HVAC and Electrical works packages. Experience within the Pharma and Biotech sector would be a decided advantage A knowledge of cleanrooms and the standard to which they are commissioned would also be useful. This position is Site based with travel to and from projects. Clean driving License essential We will not provide UK work permits. Please ensure you are a UK/EU resident or have a relevant permit.
