The Service business has a plan to take it from strength to strength and with this has undergone some re-organisation out of which has come some exciting management team opportunities.

Everyone owns the customer - the Service Business Management team will be responsible for contributing to the development of business unit strategy, business planning and ensuring that everyone who works here is focused on delivering a great service to the customer.

As our Customer Account Manager, you and your team will work with our existing customers and our internal people to ensure that our customers receive an excellent level of service. You will also be responsible for increasing the business for the wide range of services that we provide.

Technical expertise and supporting qualifications for this role will be taken as read. Your attitude to customer care and your ability and experience in managing a group of company representatives based throughout the UK will be the primary selection criteria. As an ambassador for our business, it is also essential that you will also have excellent communication skills and be highly skilled at building and managing customer relationships both internally and externally.

As your role will involve almost constantly working with your team and our customers, travelling to various parts of the UK and overseas, it is likely that you will be based at your home (which will be centrally located in the UK) or at our factory in Peterborough.
