| HVAC SENIOR SALES ENGINEER required for my client who since the 1880´s has prided itself on been one of the worlds largest manufacturers of products and systems in the control and balancing of waterborne heating and cooling systems with one of the largest portfolio of valves on the market today.
As a leading player within this market, the company with a part of a larger multinational group is now going through a thorough re-engineering and re-positioning which aims to achieve consistent double digit growth which so far has been achieved successfully in the last three previous financial years.
Key to this development will be the appointment of a dedicated Senior Sales Engineer due to rapid internal promotion to provide professional, innovative and cost effective energy solutions to customers. The Role: * To provide professional, innovative and cost effective energy solutions to customers (B2B) by managing a designated sales region and achieving company standards. * Be responsible for the effective promotion of my client´s substantial portfolio of valves and measuring equipment into both M&E contractors and distributors. * Sole responsibility for the attainment of strategic Kepi´s, compiling sales reports and implementing sales strategies with the support of a highly structured management team. * You will also be responsible for the continued building of relationships with Key Accounts to maintain, develop and expand the company´s product portfolio range of valves within these accounts. Developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximise the business potential of the region is crucial. * This role offers excellent and diverse opportunities for career progression for the successful applicant who must be driven, self motivated and also very enthusiastic
The Requirements: * Enthusiastic and committed sales professionals able to demonstrate a proven track record of success within a similar environment. Experience of the Gas or HVAC sector would be a distinct advantage but not essential. * A customer focused individual capable of managing effective relationships with key existing customers, suppliers and contractors allied with the ability to develop new business through the efficient management of resources. * An ability to make a measurable contribution to a business that is undergoing significant change and growth. Providing visible links between the customers and the business to exceed Kepi´s, identify market intelligence and support installers.
